Best Leveraged Uranium Companies to Benefit from Increased Nuclear Energy Demand

By James Finch Summary: Sprott Asset Management uranium expert Kevin Bambrough talked with us about the second leg of the current uranium bull market. Bambrough names his favorite uranium companies, where he believes there is still room for growth. StockInterview: How does the major nuclear energy build up you envision impact uranium mining? Kevin Bambrough: I think, with the passage of time, all types of mining will again be done again in the United States. Theyre going to need the supply. There is no alternative. If you look at Energy Metals Corporation (TSX: EMC), part of their plan is to start with some ISL operations, some of which will come at a facility thats already fully permitted. Then eventually, theyre going to try to move into places like New Mexico, where I think with the passage of time, common sense will prevail and people will become more pro-mining for uranium. StockInterview: We now have about ten times the number of uranium companies, some purporting to be a uranium company, than when we first started covering this sector. How is this sector going to play out? Kevin Bambrough: Its been very difficult to try and follow what everyone is doing in this space. Right now, the uranium story is looking so good. Its still relatively early that anyone seems to be able to raise some money, tell a story and perform well. Its unbelievable how the sector has performed this year. With the passage of time, the guys with the real resources, who can also develop them and produce, are going to do well. The other guys are going to have to keep coming back to the market, raising capital, raising capital and diluting their shareholders in order to try to drill and find something. Of course, there is going to be the odd one here and there that actually strikes something big. Itll give people hope but, thats not the way we want to invest. StockInterview: Have the uranium stocks gotten out of control? Are we looking like another train crash like the internet stocks of a few years ago? Kevin Bambrough: The majority of stocks in the uranium space, we will not own. We only own a really select few, probably just over a dozen. We have some explorers, we have some producers and we have some, what we believe to be emerging producers and were sticking with that mix. StockInterview: So which companies do you like? Kevin Bambrough: Obviously, there is a lot of mud slinging that goes on in all sectors of the mining business. You talk to different people, and they say, Oh this is going to be higher cost, that is going to be higher cost, and our properties are better than their properties. From where I sit, Energy Metals (TSX: EMC) was one of the companies to get in there early, and pick up a lot of known resources and databases. I think theyve done a great job of doing exactly what they said they were going to do. We started funding them in the early days. Those are the (types of) companies I want to stick with. StockInterview: What do you like about Energy Metals? Kevin Bambrough: Im happy to say that were a very large shareholder of Energy Metals, and I continue to love the story. The most recent presentation they gave shows what the company will look like after they fully complete the Standard Uranium and Quincy Energy mergers. The combined entity in their presentation shows to have about 236 million pounds of uranium resources, I believe, and a market cap of around C$360 million with $60 million in cash. Were still a shareholder of Paladin (TSX: PDN). I think were up about 40 or 50 times on the first shares we bought. If you compare the two, youve got a market cap of close to C$2 billion on Paladin with around 180 million pounds. If you look, youll notice the real big move in market cap occurred, when Paladin started to get close to production and they signed contracts. Now Energy Metals has about one-fifth of the market cap and a fully permitted ISL facility down in Texas. Theyre at the point where theyre going to sign the contracts and move forward into production. I think people are going to wake up and start giving them more credit. I think that positive permitting developments will continue to occur in places like New Mexico. Obviously, the friendly environment in Wyoming for bringing on production will make Energy Metals perform very well going forward. Its going to be fantastic for shareholders if it can duplicate the move that Paladin has over the last year or so. StockInterview: You said earlier common sense would prevail in New Mexico. How does that impact Energy Metals? Kevin Bambrough: New Mexico is more in the back burner for now, but I think the stock (Energy Metals) will continue to perform well as the regulatory environment continues to improve in the area. I should touch on Strathmore Minerals (TSX: STM). Weve been pleased to see theyve been bringing out their (National Instrument) 43-101s on a couple of their (New Mexico) properties and show an increase in reserves. I believe theyre doing some work right now on their Dieter Lake project up in Quebec that could be interesting. Theyve got some good resources and reserves. I think at some point, someone is going to want to cut some deals with them, or theyre going to just keep chugging along and bringing things forward. StockInterview: You were excited about Tournigan (TSX: TVC) the last time we talked. How is that one turning out? Kevin Bambrough: Tournigan is really developing into a great story. Originally, when we first got into this, it looked reasonably valued and interesting on its gold prospects. When they picked up deposits in Slovakia, we got in deeper. I think the story just keeps getting better as we look more into what they actually may have in these properties. Theyve also brought on a new hire, who was the head of the Slovakia uranium program years ago. Hes joined the team and hes basically said that the Jahodna district) is probably not just a 3km strike length but probably more of a 7km potential. The current resource estimates are only based on 500 meters of the zone. Theyre going to start stepping out and drilling it. Were hoping it could get much bigger. Its open at depth as well. There is also reasonable chance this could become a large uranium district. Theyve found out there were a lot of other targets in the area, in the past. They are going to try to work these targets as well. Slovakia is a major past producing country. A lot of its power currently comes from nuclear. They have two other properties in Slovakia with resources. Theyre going to drill and are hopefully going to show better grades and larger resources, with time. Of course, youre always hopeful, no guarantees, but our experience is that in the uranium business: As you go and drill old properties, redo old drill holes with larger cores, you get better recoveries and can show higher grades. That seems to have been the case for both Tournigan and Western Prospector (TSX: WNP). I should also mention that on the Jahodna property, its interesting that, not only did the uranium grade jump but also the molybdenum grade jumped up substantially to where this is now some very valuable rock. StockInterview: Any final recommendations? Kevin Bambrough: SXR Uranium One (TSX: SXR), I think its a great story. Theres no doubt that the uranium is there, but some people debate about how difficult the mining is going to be and what the cost will ultimately be. But theyve got a good gold credit in there to help bring down the overall cost. Again, we believe the uranium price is going to be much higher than most people believe for a lot longer. We love investing in companies with huge resources and plenty of leverage to both uranium and gold. StockInterview: Do you still see some of your uranium holdings, certain ones as cheap, still in play, and to be looked at? Kevin Bambrough: Most definitely, and well be helping to finance some all the way to production. COPYRIGHT 2007 by StockInterview, Inc. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Loans – Shopping & Decisions

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Luke_Ashworth]Luke Ashworth When and How to Shop for A Loan When you’re in the market for a loan, it is best to start with research into current interest rates. Begin by looking into national rates. National rates serve as a foundation or base for all interest rates. However, interest rates vary according to city, locality, bank, or lender and can be more than the national rate, depending upon the specifics of the loan program. Next, do a little research to learn of any recent rate changes, as well as changes that are anticipated. Often, financial experts predict these changes in advance. Such information can be readily found in newspapers, finance journals, and on related websites. If you learn that a rate increase is likely, it is wise to act quickly to secure your loan at a lower rate. By contrast, if rates are expected to decrease, waiting to apply after the rates are lowered is a good idea. If you find that there is no pending interest rate change, you can shop for a loan right away or wait for a bit, without any significant difference. Once you’ve made the decision to apply for a loan, take the time to shop around. Request quotes from a variety of banks and lenders to ensure you get the best rate possible as well as the best loan terms. Thanks to the power of the Internet, you can even shop for loans from online lenders, right from the privacy and comfort of your home or office. How Loan Decisions Are Made Often, large corporate banks or lending companies appoint a loan committee to make loan decisions. This group of individuals is charged with carefully considering your application, including your credit score, existing debts, and income and ultimately making the decision of whether or not to approve your loan request. Loan committees can vary in size, from a two-person team to a much larger group of people. When it comes to smaller banks and other types of lending companies, decision-making arrangements vary. In some cases, loan decisions are made by a small group of individuals, while in others one person may have the primary decision-making responsibility. Loan officers, in some lending companies, use computer technology to determine loan eligibility, while in others loan officers are charged with deciding, in conjunction with managers, whether or not to approve loans. It is very important, in requesting a loan, to make sure your application is completed with attention to detail. Mistakes and omissions can, at best, cause a delayed response and, at worst, cause your application to be denied. Loan officers, in many lending companies, are expected to assist with the application process as well, ensuring that applications are completed correctly and all required information is supplied. The time required to process loan applications varies widely. In some cases, decisions are made within hours, while in others the decision-making process may take up to a week to complete. Generally loan decisions are final, but some lending companies allow applicants to appeal denial, if they can show good cause. Do Christians Get Depressed?

By Sonya Triggs What does the Bible say about depression? Is it okay to be a Christian and still get depressed? And what exactly is depression, anyway? First, what exactly is depression? WebMD defines it as A clinical mood disorder associated with low mood or loss of interest and other symptoms that prevent a person from leading a normal life. Merriam-Websters Collegiate Dictionary has an even more eye-opening definition: a psychoneurotic or psychotic disorder marked especially by sadness, inactivity, difficulty in thinking and concentration, a significant increase or decrease in appetite and time spent sleeping, feelings of dejection and hopelessness, and sometimes suicidal tendencies. And if that doesnt make it clear, I dont know what does! So, do Christians get depressed? The short answer to that is Yes. The Bible is filled with a lot of people who got depressed! The prophet Elijah experienced his own depression very shortly after experiencing a major victory with God. Elijah held a competition himself against 450 prophets of Baal! to prove the might of God. After a lot of storm and drama, God proved Himself to be the Only True God and Elijah experienced a major personal victory. The queen at the time -Jezebel – was very unhappy about this and threatened Elijahs life. Elijah became frightened and ran for his life. After coming to the end of his (physical) rope (in the wilderness), he stopped and started to feel very badly for himself. 1 Kings 19:4 says Elijah, .begged for his life, that he might die. And he said, It is enough, O LORD, take away my life. For I am no better than my fathers. (MKJV). Elijah was definitely depressed (the entire story can be read in 1 Kings 19:1-18). Even one of Israelites Great Deliverers, Joshua the Son of Nun, experienced a down time. Joshua had led the Israelites to a resounding victory against Jericho. The Israelites then went to war against Ai and experienced a bitter defeat. Joshua 7:6-7 says And Joshua tore his clothes and fell to the earth on his face before the ark of the LORD until the eventide, he and the elders of Israel, and put dust on their heads. And Joshua said, Alas, O Lord God, why have You at all brought this people over Jordan to deliver us into the hands of the Amorites, to destroy us? And, oh that we had been content and lived on the other side of Jordan! (MKJV). Joshua was a very unhappy man. What I find most interesting about these situations, however, is how God responded to Elijah and Joshua. God sent an angel to minister to Elijah after hed stopped in the wilderness, who provided him with food encouraged him to eat and drink. Elijah then took a 40-day journey to Mt. Horeb where God Himself spoke to him. God asked Elijah What are you doing here, Elijah? (1 Kings 19:9 MKJV) and Elijah has this pity party where he tells God how he had been zealous for Him and Elijah was now the only prophet left and how they were trying to kill him! God gave Elijah instructions to carry out and then promptly informed him, Yet I have left seven thousand in Israel, all the knees which have not bowed to Baal…(1 Kings 19:18 MKJV). In other words, that Elijah had no business being depressed because he was not, in fact, the only prophet of God left. He also got the opportunity to speak to God one-on-one, as God passed by him and spoke to him in a still, small voice. God had a different response for Joshua. Joshua 7:10 says, And the LORD said to Joshua, Get up! Why do you lie on your face this way? (MKJV). God explained to Joshua that the Israelites had been defeated because they had sinned against Him. But that now, it was time to Get Up!, fix the problem and return to their warfare against the people of Ai. What is reassuring about both of these situations is not only the fact that God heard Elijahs and Joshuas cries to Him, but that He responded. He met them right where they were and gave them hope and instructions for how to carry on. He didnt leave them in the middle of their hopelessness He took control and gave them a renewed sense of purpose and direction. So, do Christians get depressed? Sure but they dont usually stay depressed. One thing is for certain Christians will encounter many situations which will challenge their optimism. Jesus himself promised us In the world you shall have tribulation, but be of good cheer. (John 16:33 (MKJV). And why should we be of good cheer? Because Jesus also reminded us that I have overcome the world. In other words, there is no need for us to remain down or out (or even surprised by the frequency of our troubles), because Jesus has already solved any problems we will encounter. Yes, God does hear your cry when you are depressed, and will comfort and minister to you (as well as give you guidance), but, ultimately, our victory happened right there on Calvary when Jesus died on the cross for us. We can rest assured knowing that we will eventually come to a place where all trials and tribulations will be over, all tears will be wiped away and we will have eternal rest and peace with our Father. So thats why we must recapture our joy when we’re down and make a serious effort to remain in good spirits at all other times. So what should you do if you find yourself in the throes of depression? Paul lays it out for us in Philippians 4:4-13. First, he tells us to let God know about our worries – through prayer and supplication. To make our requests known to God with our thanks (for hearing, for responding, for whatever we can think of!). And then he promises us that peace will be ours. And to maintain that peace, he tells us to think on good things! Good things only. He says .whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things [are] honest, whatsoever things [are] just, whatsoever things [are] lovely, whatsoever things [are] of good report, if [there be] any praise, think on these things. (KJV – emphasis mine) This doesnt mean you have to adopt a Pollyana view of the world that nothing bad is going on or that you dont have a good reason to be down. Instead, it means that you CHOOSE to maintain a positive attitude, knowing that God has it all under control. It means that you CHOOSE to let God deal with it instead of wrestling around with it in your own mind. And, finally it means you CHOOSE to believe God instead of all the rotten things that are going on around you. Paul last of all reminds us that we can do all things because Jesus strengthens us. So, its not a matter of relying on your own strength, but on the strength of the Almighty. And He will never let you down. So, dont worry if you get depressed (occasionally) – just try your best not to stay depressed. Remember that God hears your prayers (and will respond) and that His peace will keep you through it all if you let Him. So think good thoughts, turn your cares over to Him and choose to believe in Gods word instead of the world. You will be blessed! Sonya C. Pluralism and Modern Christians: Exclusivism in an Inclusivist World

By Steve Singleton When we encounter people of other faithsBuddhists, Hindus, Muslims, Jews, Baha’is, etc.observing their obvious devotion to what their religious convictions and the inner peace they seem to have and the gentleness, it makes us want to make a place for them in the kingdom of God. Our Western culture promotes pluralism of all kindsracial, ethnic, political, and religious. Anyone who argues for one Way as the exclusive way of salvation our society opposes, ridicules, and fears. Of course, God, in His sovereignty, may choose to save anyone He wants. In the exercising of His wisdom, justice, and mercy, He certainly has the prerogative that human judges often exercise: of allowing for extenuating circumstances and the attitude of the defendant. What’s more, He can factor in the confluence of a multitude of cause-effect relationships wholly unknowable to humans. We are confident that if He makes such allowances, they will be decisions that will only serve to magnify His holiness, His grace, and His righteousness. We are not in a position, however, to second-guess or to make reliable predictions about what He will and will not do in His role as Judge of All the Earth beyond what He has revealed to us. Biblical history yields examples when He granted pardons (2 Sam. 12:13; Ps. 32:1-5; Jonah 3:10) or overlooked shortcomings and failures (2 Chron. 30:17-20; 2 Kings 5:15-19), but it also reports that at other times, He demanded exacting obedience and punished failures to comply to the smallest detail (Lev. 10:1-7; 2 Sam. 6:6-7). It is not for us to attempt to predict, much less to demand, what He will do or choose in specific cases. Our task is only to proclaim what He has revealed in His Word. Jesus Himself said, “No one comes to the Father except through Me” (John 14:6). His apostle, Peter, restated the same principle: “Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12). Paul adds: “In the past God overlooked such ignorance, but now he commands all people everywhere to repent” (Acts 17:31). For us to grant even hypothetical pardon to anyone who has not responded to the gospel of Jesus Christ seems tantamount to calling Jesus (and Peter and Paul) a liar. If He is truly my Lord–if He is truly yours–we cannot call Him a liar or contradict His express statements. We must, instead, obey His call to “Disciple all nations, baptizing them into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe everything I have commanded you” (Matt. 28:19-20). If that makes us Christians exclusionists, so be it. If that means our stance is a stumbling block to the world, that’s all right. The cross has been a stumbling block and foolishness to an unbelieving world throughout the entire history of Christianity. Yet, to those who are being saved, “it is God’s power and God’s wisdom. For the foolisness of God is wiser than man’s wisdom and the weakness of God is stronger than man’s strength” (1 Cor. 1:24-25). * * * Copyright 2006 Steve Singleton Steve Singleton has written and edited several books and numerous articles. 5 Ways To Save Money On Your International Cell Phone Roaming

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Shonika_Proctor]Shonika Proctor Go Figure! After having recently returned from a nice relaxing holiday in Europe (Amsterdam, Prague and Vienna) I can definitely relate if you are one of those people who thoroughly enjoy 1 Euro half pint beers, but feel the hangover kick in a month later when you open that 100 Euro mobile phone bill. Funny how that works huh? You work so hard to save money via outsourcing and/or setting up an International office where you do a lot of business abroad only to blow your savings on wireless roaming every month. As the current average roaming rate in China (across the industry) is $5.99/minute whether you are making or receiving a call, Im sure you can see how this can quickly add up even if the only thing you are doing is retrieving your voice mail. So I have decided to share with you some of my clever tricks that I often use to help my clients save a ton of money on their international wireless roaming fees. 5 Ways to Save Money on Your International Wireless Roaming 1. Jajah, Free Your Voice with FREE CALLS to CHINA! Think of it like Skype for cell phones. Most of the carriers intentionally put a delay in your wireless handset on the data service hence if you have ever tried to use Skype from your mobile you hear an echo. Unfortunately, it is not a bad connection. It is basically a diplomatic way to keep you from taking up precious and valuable space on the data network and getting a little bit carried away with your unlimited data package. Just like nothing in life is Free neither is anything truly unlimited. At any rate, Jajah is a FREE download for your cell phone. As long as you and the person you are calling have Jajah software downloaded on your respective handsets you can call each other for free and talk unlimited ;-) . Jajah makes its money from website advertising and selling other premium services. 2. Babble Stick: Oh the beauty of IP based telephony. Plug your Babble Stick into any PC around the world and make free phone calls. They also have a handset version of the stick which is really small and cute (its on their website). Babble Stick uses a secure software platform integrated on a USB key with audio devices and drivers built in. There is no special software required. Additionally, instant messaging and voice mail comes standard with your Babble Stick. Just plug in and babble away. That word is starting to grow on me. I think I am going to start saying Babble instead of talk and Handy instead of cell phone, cause dats what they say in the U.K. Ok now, carry on. 3. Unlock Your Phone and use a Pre-Paid SIM Card. And better yet if your company uses Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephony service, forward your extension to your mobile number. The reason why is the Pre-Paid SIM Card phone number is different from your regular cell phone number that is why forwarding your number is recommended so that you only have to give people one number to reach you (although you can forward your phone number from any phone that has a call forwarding feature built-in, beware the per call forwarding fee). Unlocking your phone means having the carrier restrictions released so that you can use your phone with any GSM carrier SIM Card. The 2 major benefits of unlocking your phone/BlackBerry is: #1, you can use your phone anywhere in the world there is a GSM network as opposed to only in the places your carrier has roaming agreements in place and #2 You can save a crapload of money on your roaming fees by using the local provider in the country which you are located. With a pre-paid SIM Card you are paying local rates when you make and receive calls within that country and also in most European Countries calling party pays which means essentially your incoming calls are free. If you are a T-Mobile subscriber who has had service for more than 3 months you can call T-Mobile Customer Care and request to have your phone unlocked for free. They will provide you with the unlock code and give you the instructions to manually unlock your phone. For all other GSM carriers you will have to use a third party provider and pay a nominal fee. I personally use and recommend: Unlock It Now And for all persons looking to obtain Pre-Paid SIM Cards at an aggressive international rate, the most aggressive international rate with FREE incoming calls I have found is through Cellular Abroad. 4. Try to use your data features such as email and text messaging as opposed to making voice calls when possible. Using two-way messaging and email is considerably less expensive than per minute call rates. And use your Babble Stick ;-) to check your cellular voice mail when possible. 5. Palm and BlackBerry users who travel overseas regularly throughout the year should call their respective wireless carriers and request an international data package. This will allow you to get unlimited use of your email at a flat fee when you travel abroad. The rate is about $12-15/mo additional. And bonus: You can set up your BlackBerry or Palm as a modem and tether it to your laptop to save on your daily hotel Wi-Fi rate. Cheers. Wool Prices Are Shooting Up

By Christopher Mantford A seasonal change is always expected after a period of every 3-4 months on the earth. Accordingly global business particularly in the textile industry undergoes a sea change. People previously trading in cotton, polyester and the like start trading in the wool products. Its said that woolen industry is older than say even cotton which is said to be the oldest known. This is primarily because before recognizing the utility of the plant products, animal skins were used extensively as an all purpose all seasonal clothing. This is also sealed by the fact that biblically when the first parents Adam and eve were exposed, they sewed themselves fig leaves which got dried out in the hot sun. However the Bible goes on to say that God created animal skin tunics for the naked couple. Thus the animal product utility was the first popular much ahead of the plants. There were times in the 17th century when trading of cotton was banned entirely in the country of England and its territories. This was done to protect the wool industry which was considered as the primary textile industry. Clearly this can also be due to the fact that England being a colder country needed woolen clothes to protect them from the extreme cold. However it was bad on part of the rulers to impose a ban on cotton since during summer cotton can be the ultimate choice. However some of the traders took a challenge and went ahead with their cotton trading and showed the world the real advantage of using cotton textiles. During this time there were textile improvised machines designed and new dynamic methods introduced in the industry, which took a nice turn for the world industrial revolution. Each generic product has its unique usage and heavy demand during a particular season. Though due to the global warming impact there has been many seasonal alterations, but the months of Nov Jan are considered to be the colder months of the world particularly in the northern hemisphere. Precision minded traders had already started planning for woolen products since June. However this is high time for wool traders to cut their pie in the global market. A good way to ensure quick wool pricing and target buyers / sellers is through the textile web portals. My portal YNFX is positioning its base for the winter products. You may also check for any of you requirements if you are a trader. However it would be a good shot if you could visit multiple textile products before finalizing on a deal. Diet Food Delivery – What To Know Before You Buy

By Vienna Miller So you’ve decided to lose weight the easy way – with a diet food delivery service. Diet delivery is fast becoming one of the most popular ways to lose weight. It’s easy, affordable and convenient. But there are so many services to choose from – which one is best for you? This article will help you know what to look for when choosing your diet food delivery program so you can choose the best one for your lifestyle. Key Factors When Choosing A Diet Delivery Service: – Price Prices range from $9 to $39.99 a day depending on what level of service and type of program you want. Higher priced plans are usually gourmet meals, freshly prepared (not frozen) or highly specialized in some way (for example, diabetic-friendly). Prices also vary based on whether or not you want a full plan (breakfast, lunch and dinner) or just lunch and dinner; and how many days of delivery you want (for example 5 or 7 days). Some meal delivery services quote you price per week or price per month. Ways To Save – You can often get discounts by ordering by the month versus ordering by the week. Also, you can often get at least one free meal and up to an entire week of meals depending on which diet delivery program you choose. – Type of Diet Meals Many services are based on a popular program like the Zone or the Jorge Cruise’s 3 Hour Diet at Home. Others are based on broad meal types like low-carb or diabetic friendly. Some services will let you choose among different plans like low carb, low calorie, vegetarian or diabetic friendly. Regardless of diet type, most programs are really based on low calorie, portion controlled meals designed to help you lose approximately 2-3 pounds per week. – How Many Meals Per Day In general most diet food delivery services offer you breakfast, lunch and dinner. Some however will only offer lunch and dinner. Others will offer snacks as an added cost whereas other will offer snacks included. Be sure to factor this into your price comparisons depending on what you want. – Fresh Vs. Frozen Some plans offer you fresh food; some offer you frozen food and some offer you both. Frozen meals, in general, are more affordable than fresh. To many people, frozen vs fresh really doesn’t make a difference. However some people want fresh food made with no preservatives. These services tend to charge a bit more because of the extra work involved. – Number of Days While most diet food delivery programs offer a 7 day plan, others also give you the option of a 5 day plan (so you can take the weekend off). This is a great convenience for those who want their meals delivered to their office during the week. In general you’ll be paying less per week on a 5 day plan, however price per day on these plans is pretty much the same as a 7 day plan. – Menu Variety Although it’s hard to get bored with these plans, there are some services that offer better menu variety than others. For example, one service might offer a 4 week rotating menu. This means the menu changes every 4 weeks. Other services may let you choose your menu from a larger selection of food allowing you to ensure you’re getting food you love. Also, if you find you don’t like what’s on the menu, many programs will let you substitute a different meal for a small charge. – Support This may not be a feature that you need, however some people do like extra support while losing weight. You might get access to weight loss tools like chat rooms, e-mail support, message boards, dietitian advice, free articles etc. If weight loss support is important to you, make sure you check out the options before you choose your diet food delivery service. – Commitment Some plans do require you to sign a contract for a certain length of time. The most popular time commitment is 1 month which really isn’t asking a lot. After a month you’ll know for sure if the program is right for you. If a service asks you for a longer commitment than that, be cautious. Some services don’t require you to order 1 month at a time however you’ll probably get a discount if you do. Conclusion: Now you know the main features to consider when choosing a diet food delivery service. When you consider these features in light of your preferences and lifestyle, it shouldn’t be hard to decide on the best service for you! Wedding Gifts – Not Just for the Bride and Groom!

By Elsie Gilbert With most contemporary weddings there is a huge entourage of individuals who are extremely important to the success of the big day. Bearing this in mind, it seems only fitting that these people should be recognized for their time and effort with specifically chosen wedding gifts all of their own. Who Should Receive Wedding Gifts? The obvious answer is anyone who helps out to the extent that the bride and groom feel that they deserve special wedding gifts. Typical individuals who should be considered for such wedding gifts include bridesmaids, best men, ushers and the parents of the bride and groom. Wedding gifts are also often given to the professionals that help make the day happen, such as your hairdresser or the wedding planner, although these gifts are more token gifts and can be as simple as a nice card or a small bouquet of flowers. With larger weddings, it is also common practice to offer a small gift to every guest in the form of a favor, placed at each place setting. Due to the large quantity of these wedding gifts that you are required to purchase, they tend to be much smaller and cheaper such as sugared almonds or small chocolates. Choosing Wedding Gifts Of course, your choice of wedding gifts depends largely on the known likes and dislikes of the people whom you have invited to attend your wedding party. If you have a small number of people involved you may be able to purchase individually chosen, more expensive wedding gifts such as a special ornament or piece of jewelry. But remember that it is the thought which counts, and token wedding gifts such as cufflinks, teddy bears and mugs can be just as effective. As part of the wedding speeches, bouquets of flowers are often given to the mother of the bride and the mother of the groom; this is particularly the case with more traditional wedding ceremonies. A great cheap way to please the wedding party guests is to offer them pictures of the day as well as any attire that you have purchased especially for them. It is very difficult to think of anything else to do with the bridesmaid dresses and jewelry, so why not use them as unique wedding gifts? By giving the critical members of the wedding party wedding gifts you will ensure that your important helpers feel that their efforts have been noticed and they will feel that they have truly been a vital part of your big day. Giving wedding gifts to guests may seem a little odd, but why not share the good fortune of your day and spread a little happiness? Elsie Gilbert offers great insights to all different types of wedding ceremonies, wedding styles, wedding accessories. From traditional to the exotic she makes it easy for the bride and groom to review and choose. Unfit Unpretty Feet

By Jane Simpson Most women think that because they get regular pedicures their feet and toenails are clean and safe from infections. What they don’t realize is that women are more susceptible to toe fungus, toe fungi, toe disease, toe nail infections, and toe nail disorders. Think of the variety of shoes most women squeeze their feet into for the sake of looking fashionable. Most of women’s footwear sacrifice comfort and ultimately, the health of their toes. According to David Wong, a dermatologist from Sydney, the most common toe fungus, toe fungi, toe disease, toe nail infections, and toe nail disorders are onychomycosis, Athletes Foot, bunions, and tinea. These are often infectious, ugly, and uncomfortable conditions which may affect the ability to do daily activities. He also stressed that nail infections are not cosmetic problems. It is not also a matter of cleanliness. You are at risk of fungal infections even if you’re toes and feet are squeaky clean. Regular pedicures are not the answer since feet specialists at most salons are only trained and equipped to beautify feet and toes, not to cure these infections. What’s more, most think that toenail discolorations are just that, discolorations. They think that these can be covered up by the latest nail polish trend. What they don’t know is that these discolorations can be symptoms of toe infection. He names stubbing toes, too-short nails, and wearing tight foot wear as most common causes of infections because these weaken nails and opens nail beds for contamination of bacteria. Aside from discolorations, other symptoms of toe fungus, toe fungi, toe disease, toe nail infections, and toe nail disorders are nail crumbling, thick nails, and brittle nails. Extreme cases might even cause nails to separate from their beds. The skin around the infected nail might also collect pus. Foul foot odor is an almost sure sign of fungal feet infections. If you are thinking to avoid damp places to avoid getting infected, Dr. Wong states that damp places are not the only place where you might be infected. Places where skin can get contact like carpets, mats, linens, and other towels are also possible places to incur infections. Public places like public pools, showers, hotels, motels, changing/locker rooms, and laundry service rooms are high infection risk areas. Sharing foot wear is also a culprit in getting infections. He emphasized to avoid borrowing or lending of footwear like socks and shoes to reduce risks of infections. Dr. Wong advocates immediate medical action if you suspect being infected by toe fungus, toe fungi, toe disease, toe nail infections, and toe nail disorders because it is uncommon for these infections to heal on their own. Early medication and treatment could prevent fungi to grow, hence, stopping the progress of the infection. At the first symptom of nail disease, consult your doctor to avoid unpretty feet.
